I have registered for MF Global Research, but my username doesn't work for MarketVoice.

Registration for MarketVoice is separate from MF Global Research. Even if you have already registered for Research, you will need to register for access to MarketVoice by completing the form at https://marketvoice.mfglobal.com/register.

Whenever I click on any of the broadcasts, I get the error message "Requested clip not found," followed by a strange series of characters that I can't understand. What is causing this?

The Temporary Internet Files (or cache) folder contains Web page content that is stored on your hard disk for quick viewing. This cache permits Internet Explorer to download only the content that has changed since you last viewed a Web page, instead of downloading all the content for a page every time it is displayed. To delete the files in the Temporary Internet Files folder, follow these steps:
  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Select 'Tools' from the Menu at the top of your Internet browser
  3. Select 'Internet Options' from the drop-down menu that appears
  4. Click the gray 'Delete Files' button that appears in the middle rectangle of the 'Internet Options' window
This should free up some of the space on your hard drive and allow you to access MarketVoice content. Please let us know if you continue to encounter difficulties.
